O maior evento brasileiro do ano foi repleto de beleza, glamour e de 18 meninas que concorreram ao título de Miss Brazil USA/Los Angeles 2010.  A grande vencedora da noite foi Cibele Mazzo, de 22 anos, que recebeu das mãos da vencedora do ano passado, Elizandra Dutra, a coroa e a faixa de Miss Brazil USA/Los Angeles 2010.  Juliana Souza ficou com o segundo lugar, recebendo o título de 1st Princess. Em terceiro ficou Bruna Andrade, 2nd Princess, e a vencedora do título Miss Congeniality foi Aryanne Padilha.  Giselle Claudino hostess.
