Oscar's Red Carpet best dressed is announced.  Of the 22 contenders we looked at, we felt the best dressed was!!!!!!!!!!  Envelope please.

Charlize Theron in Dior Haute Couture, with Harry Winston jewels. 

We selected her look not just from photos but from the live video feed of the Oscars with AP.  Her presence and modern look matched the wardrobe and it seemed forward thinking.  It was the perfect length and had a ball appearance yet the top had a modern design to it.   The only improvement might have been longer earnings; overall a great look.  10/10
